The event, held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the AGB Equestrian Center in Sarıyer, Istanbul, brought together industry professionals. The gathering focused on experience sharing, industry assessments, and potential collaboration opportunities, while also addressing the current state of children’s playgrounds and adventure parks, as well as the sector’s future vision for safety.
Industry-Wide Common Goals and Action Plan Discussed
The main topics highlighted during the sessions and evaluation meeting held as part of the event included:
Industry Needs and Safety Awareness: Risk management and safety measures were evaluated with a focus on accidents occurring in adventure parks and children’s playgrounds.
Standardization and TSE Certification – Independent Inspection Model: Emphasis was placed on the need for both manufacturers and on-site installations to be inspected by independent and impartial institutions, in line with practices implemented abroad.
Regulatory Practices and Sanctions: Participants called for uncertainties in inspection processes to be eliminated and clear legal sanctions to be established in writing.
Multi-Stakeholder Communication and Social Impact: It was agreed to launch a comprehensive information and awareness initiative involving municipalities, the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye, schools, residential complex managements, and parents.
The event continued with an evaluation meeting and a group photo session before concluding with a barbecue and networking gathering following the productive discussions.
