1. Could you briefly introduce your company and the products and solutions you offer in the industry?
As a mechanical engineer with a master’s degree and a designer, we have been developing mechanical systems and industrial designs for many years. Our most innovative project under BEC Makina, which I founded, is the RaceLab brand. The greatest strength behind bringing this vision to life comes from our multidisciplinary team of experts in their respective fields. In addition to my experience in mechanical engineering, we have two electrical and electronics engineers who excel at electronic and hardware integration, a highly successful software engineer who ensures seamless and zero-latency data communication, and a talented graphic designer who designs the entire visual and brand identity of our project. Together, we have a very strong team.
RaceLab is a hybrid simulation platform created by this team that goes beyond the limitations of traditional screen-based simulations, allowing users to control a real RC (Remote-Controlled) vehicle in real time from a professional racing cockpit. We give users the opportunity to compete with the physics of the real world, not pixels.
2. What factors influenced your decision to participate in ATRAX for the first time? Have you had the opportunity to visit our fair in previous years?
ATRAX is the most prestigious platform where the entertainment and recreation industry comes together and where innovations and trends are shaped. I had the opportunity to visit the fair in previous years to follow industry developments. I have always closely examined hardware quality, mechanical structures, and interactive technologies in the entertainment industry. After successfully completing the challenging hardware, software, and mechanical R&D processes of the RaceLab project with our team and achieving flawless system stability, we decided that ATRAX was the most visionary platform to introduce this innovative concept to the market.
3. Which products and solutions will you showcase at your stand? Could you tell us about the key features and application areas of these products?
We will welcome our visitors with three different racing packages designed for different levels of experience: Sprint, Turbo, and Apex. At our stand, visitors will be able to experience live how users control RC vehicles on the track from an ergonomic and safe area outside the track.
The feature we are most proud of in our designs is their structural integrity. For our chassis, we use 6063 T5 aluminum alloy Light Sigma profiles, which are used in massive machine constructions requiring high strength. This allows us to offer a corrosion-resistant and fully modular cockpit that does not flex even by a millimeter under the high torque generated by high-end steering wheels such as Fanatec.
Our systems are designed for entertainment centers, theme parks, e-sports arenas, and premium event venues.
4. What are your expectations from ATRAX? Which industry professionals and markets are you aiming to establish new business partnerships with through the fair?
Our biggest expectation is to give industry professionals the opportunity to experience RaceLab’s unique “physical simulation” experience firsthand, because our system is designed to reveal its true potential once users get behind the wheel. We aim to establish long-term B2B partnerships with entertainment center operators, theme park investors, event organizers, and creators of concept venues.
We want to meet with investors who are looking for an innovative attraction that offers an alternative to traditional systems, encourages visitors to experience it again and again, and creates high customer loyalty.
5. Do you have export activities for your products? Which countries or regions are you currently targeting?
From the very beginning of the project, we set out with an engineering approach based on global standards, a strong software infrastructure, and a sophisticated design philosophy. The fully modular structure of our system, its easy installation, and its professional hardware integration in accordance with international standards provide us with significant flexibility for export operations.
Although we are currently in the process of strengthening our infrastructure, our primary goal is to expand into the entertainment markets of Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa (MENA), where ATRAX also serves as a strong bridge, and to transform the RaceLab brand into an international motorsports and entertainment platform.
